Q1: I have wide feet. Are there any shoes that will accommodate a wider foot yet still make my feet look slender and delicate?

A1: A wider or boxy toe will look better than a pointy or narrow toe on a foot that's wide. Some styles in Satin Party such as Amy 2 , Boca and Dolly come in wide widths. Also, many of the styles from Dyeables Inc. are available in wider (D) widths on a special order basis. Whatever footwear you choose, do not suffer for the sake of beauty. Make sure your shoes are comfortable. You don't want cramped toes on your special day.

Q2: For my wedding day is there any option other then white shoes?

A2: It is unnecessary to wear a white shoe if you are wearing a white or cream dress. If you choose a subtle shade, a coloured shoe can also work. Silver, light gold and some pastels such as light green, pink, coral, lavender and yellow are viable options. These colours can be achieved by dyeing a white tintable shoe to the colour of your choice.

Q3: Weddings can be expensive. Can I save on my footwear? What are good choices for attractive and reasonably priced shoes?

A3: Look for a simple style with a graceful looking heel. Although graceful, the heel should be sturdy enough to support you through the whole day. Most of our styles at Moose Creek Mall are quite reasonably priced.

Q4: Are there shoes that can work with both a formal dress during the ceremony and something more casual for dinner and dancing?

A4: Try a closed-toe satin sling back with a kitten heel. This type of shoe is formal enough for any ceremony but can also function well for a night of dancing. A shoe accessorized with rhinestone details can be fun for the reception yet still be subtle enough that it does not detract from the gown during the ceremony. Styles such as Abbey from Satin Party or Divine and Beautiful from Dyeables Inc. would work well.

Q5: My shoes need to be comfortable! What are the most comfortable bridal shoes available?

A5: Try a pair with a low to mid heel. An open-toe design, such as Amore , April and Boca from our Satin Party collection are all practical options. Boca is also available in a wide (d) width to accommodate a slightly wider foot.

Q6: Do you offer dyeing services?

A6: If you wish to have any of our shoes and handbags dyed, we have an on-site dye service. We suggest giving us at least two weeks or more lead time. Dying shoes is fairly easy. Matching colours takes a little time to achieve the best possible colour match.
